My name is Cathy Yardley. After over 25 years as a published author, I needed to figure out systems to help me balance my family life, my day job as a writing coach, writing, and promoting.

Every year, I'd buy yet another planner, or take yet another course, in the desperate hope that it would be the magic solution that would keep me on track instead of feeling frazzled and letting things fall through the cracks. (It didn't help that I had ADHD and bipolar 2!)

I'd learn bits and pieces, but there was no silver bullet. I was sure it was me.. That is, until I finally put the puzzle pieces together and created my own system, one that's flexible, actionable, and forgiving. Once that fell into place, I was able to make more progress than I thought possible, with less stress.
